Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, except for the Homeopathic kits or remedies, sale items, downloadable courses/software, gift cards, which are non-refundable. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.  Only regularly priced items are refundable.  Please note: a 3% charge will be deducted from your refund due to nonrefundable charges incurred by our credit card processor.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. We will also need to verify that you purchased the product from our website with a proof of purchase / receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make corrections accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or homeopathic kits and remedies, sale items, downloadable courses/software, gift cards). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

You will need to return the item to Dr Dee Blanco, P.O. Box 5865, Santa Fe, NM 87502 after you have contacted our office at info@drdeeblanco.com to approve the exchange. Return shipping costs will not be covered by Dr. Dee Blanco, you will be responsible for those costs. We suggest shipping with a service that provides tracking as we cannot return any items that are lost in transit and not delivered to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged orders

Please contact our office at info@drdeeblanco.com as soon as you receive the damaged product. Please send documentation via photographs of the item, the packaging, etc. and we will notify you as to the process from that point.
