I can’t remember a single appointment in my entire career as a veterinarian where I didn’t spend the majority of our time helping pet parents understand their animals’ health and well-being. My hope is, by explaining in “non-doctor terms” the basic anatomy and physiology of the condition, pet parents might feel better equipped to support their pet’s healing, engage more with your animal’s quality of life, make changes according to their values for their pet’s health with less fear, and, ideally, promote better outcomes.
What can I expect from Dr. Dee’s Homeopathic and Pet Health Mini Courses?
I’ve created these mini courses to help you discover how the key to supporting the health and vitality of your animals is knowledge. Cultivating a deeper understanding of your pet’s health will strengthen your resolve, fortify your mindset, improve quality of life, and promote a vital, long-lived animal family.
These courses are short and bite-sized, so to speak (up to 1hour long). The mini courses remind us how we can support our pets’ natural state of wild health even if they are quite different from their ancestors.
The Mini Courses are based on the topics you most requested as well as those I feel are, without a doubt, the most important for every animal guardian to explore:
- Homeopathy for Emergencies:
This is a three part series, with handouts, on using Homeopathic medicines for everyday situations such as accidents, surgery, urinary conditions and many more. - Feeding Fresh Food for Dogs and Cats:
This three part series, with handouts, covers feeding fresh foods; understanding the “nature” of foods; how to use foods as medicine in treatment of some disease conditions and for the support of vital health. - Going Holistic:
This course will clarify the difference of holistic, complementary, allopathy and what is required to think holistically including not just body, mind and soul, but, also the local and global environment. - Flush Those Toxins Goodbye:
Animals are at far greater risk of toxic exposure. Learn how to avoid the exposure, the basics of how the body detoxifies, and how you can help your pets through the process in this course.
Upcoming Pet Health Course Topics:
- Vaccinations: The Good, The Bad and The Insane
- Why Cats are NOT little Dogs: From Food to Behavior

Why Should You Take a Course on Pet Health?
The short answer?
You’ll consume practical knowledge you can start using now to create vibrant health for your animals.
The long answer?
You’ll have access to what I’ve learned after 36 years of practicing as a veterinarian, the majority of those years spent as a holistic vet. During this time, I’ve discovered all health goes back to covering the basics: clean food and environment (a toxin free life); plenty of exercise; and ample emotional/mental stimulation.
